Classical Valpolicella Area.
Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 30%.
Natural drying, fermentation with maceration, aging in steel casks for 18 months.
Ruby red with violet highligths.
Enveloping aroma that invades the nose and recalls cherry, black cherry and almond.
Pleasantly viscous with continous proposal of fruity aromas balanced by a nice freshness.
It goes well with dry desserts such as shortbread, desserts based on dried fruit, or in contrast with blue cheeses and mustards.
