The Valpolicella Ripasso is a wine with two lives. The first, as a Valpolicella Classico. The second, when it is re-fermented on the Amarone grape pomace. It has a more complex soul, rich with notes of cherry and spices. Despite its structure, it remains incredibly elegant and versatile, making it the perfect companion for any meal.
