Classical Valpolicella Area.
Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 25%, Oseleta 5%.
Naturally dried grapes. Natural fermentation with maceration, aging in Slavonian and French oak casks for at least 24 months.
Elegant and full bouquet with notes of ripe cherry, plum and red fruits with evolution of spices, cocoa, black pepper and dried fruit.
Silky and enveloping, of great persistence confirms the notes of the bouquet while presenting a pleasantly dry finish.
It goes well with second courses of meat, game, braised meats and aged cheeses.
